A) Bank transfer. The price of the ordered goods and the delivery charges are paid on receipt of an invoice by bank transfer. When the entire amount has been transferred, the goods shall be posted within working day.
B) Online payment. The price of the ordered goods and the delivery charges are paid by means of a transaction on the server of the bank.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. GIFTIKA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We are not responsible for late or non-delivery of items for any reason outside of our direct control. This includes delay or errors by the carrier, Customs delays, Acts of God or any other reason outside our direct control. We are not responsible for any percieved monetary loss by you for non-delivery of orders. In the unlikely event we do not ship your order on time for delivery, we will refund the price of your product only. We assume no other responsibility. By purchasing our product, and allowing us to ship your order, you are accepting these conditions.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Giftika or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
In case the order contains products, that isn't available on stock at the moment of the order, the delivery time is longer, maximum 30 days. As the order was prepaid and the conditions confirmed by GIFTIKA not acceptable for the buyer, GIFTIKA will return the payment.
We will gladly accept the return of Stock products that are in Resalable Condition as packaged by us. At our discretion, we may charge a 25% restocking fee for the price of the product. You are responsible for all shipping costs, both for the original shipment and the cost of returning the product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We will cover the shipping cost for reshipping your order correctly and for the cost of returning the incorrect product. We do not accept returns of Custom wristbands.
For orders shipped outside Lithuania, we do not charge a sales tax at this time.
All taxes or charges of any nature whatsoever, shall be paid by the buyer.
